These changes will apply to all members of the company, without exception. If the employee of the company engaged in the writing up of contracts and agreements should announce about any kind of changes to an agreement, then this announcement itself shall be considered an agreement, having taken into immediate effect.
Upon joining the company, the client automatically takes part in the global bonus program. As a participant you will only be allowed to obtain one business center. «CBC21.COM» retains the right to refuse admission of a client to the global bonus program.
Any person who receives the sponsorship of an active participant of the company and whose status is approved by the company shall become a member (client) of the company.
Having filled in the online application form for registration in the company, you will then personally confirm that you understand and respect the Policies and Procedures of the company and agree to adhere to them, as well as observing all other agreements and resolutions relating to the functioning of the «CBC21.COM» organisation. You will also confirm that you have never entered into any agreement or contract which may be in contradiction to the Policies and Procedures of the company. Any suspicious behaviour by active sponsor-members during the registration of new participants will be investigated by the company. However, the company will only take measures against proven transgressors and not against those for whom there is only unsubstantiated evidence. As a participant of the company you will regard yourself as an independent provider of the services of the company and not as its agent employee, partner or licensee. In every case the participant will act as an independent contractor. For example if you have a business telephone number you may not advertise or refer to it under the name of the company «CBC21.COM», or any other such name, which doesn’t conform with your independent member status.
All the reports of the company are for the use of its members and should not be used for any other purposes. All information contained in reports is for private use only and is to be treated with the strictest confidentiality. Every member in the company «CBC21.COM» who receives confidential information will agree not to reveal this information to third parties.

The company website is free from mistakes. 5. The member will have complete access to his own BUSINESS CENTER 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. 6. The Policies and Procedures of the company were conceived and are regulated in accordance with the laws of the state of Delaware, USA. Conflicting parties will agree to all disputes being settled in accordance with the legislation of the state of Delaware, USA.
In accordance with the legislation of his own country the member will be obliged to pay all local and federal taxes on earnings received as a result of business activities with the «CBC21.COM». Since earnings from activities with the company may be considered as taxable income, the member should consult with his accountant on the question of deducing the proportion of assets from the sum of taxes in the bill of expenditures, incurred while working with the company.
Members of the company should not be under the age of 18 years old.
The member will recognize that he does not have the right to bind the company «CBC21.COM» to any kind of obligations, except those mentioned in the document in question. The member is obliged to protect the interests of the company with respect to the claims of third parties, irrespective of the identities of these third parties. The member is also obliged to protect the interests of the management of the company, its shareholders, employees, clients, license holders, subsidiaries, advertising agents and media partners/agents from the various types of claims, law suits, expenses, responsibilities, losses and penalties as a result of the said member’s activities on the company’s website or as a result of the erroneous use of information from the vested company. All information, which the member has relayed to the company, such as name, address, telephone number and e-mail address becomes the property of the company. Members should make use of information given to them by the company, without any extra compensation.
The client may, if he so wishes, take part in the global bonus program. The structure of the programme has been put together in such a manner as to provide a member of the company sufficient reward for sales of «CBC21.COM» services. The bonus is paid out to members in accordance with the global bonus program plan. Clients are expected to represent the company in an honest and truthful manner, in the same way that the company is represents itself on its website.
Any member may transfer/sell his place in the partnership network to a third party after the presentation of the necessary application for registration by the new member and its confirmation by the company. Not withstanding any extenuating circumstances arising, confirmation of the application by the company will happen very quickly. The cost for the registration of transfer of rights is $20, which is paid at the same time.
Sponsors are active members of the company, who have already registered new clients into the «CBC21.COM» company and assimilated them into the partnership network accordingly. The company grants members the right to sponsor anyone as a new client. The sponsor is required to assist and closely liaise with members of their own team. The sponsor should also explain in great detail the amount of effort which is needed to achieve any noticeable success, and that under no circumstances should they overestimate the financial result of any business activity within the company.
Before sending in an application for registration a member should choose their sponsor. If a member sends in a number of applications with the names of different sponsors depicted within each of them, in this case the company «CBC21.COM» will recognize the first application to be received as the one to be acted upon. Requests for a change in sponsors or for a place in the partnership network will not be considered. The teams shall endeavour to create the basis for mutual confidence and a strong interrelationship between the company and its members. Changes in the position of a member in the network or in sponsorship may harm these relationships or have a negative effect on the income of many members of the company.
In the event of the death of a member of the company or physical incapacitation it will be necessary to present a copy of a death certificate or a medical report. In such cases the rights members to receive earnings and their place in the partnership network are transferred to their heirs. The heirs should present for inspection to «CBC21.COM» a written application for registration and the death certificate or medical report. Presuming that no attenuating circumstances will arise, confirmation of the application by the company should happen very quickly. Upon confirmation the heir will take on all the responsibilities of a member of the company.
«CBC21.COM» retains the right at any time to remove a member’s status if he has been found guilty of infringements of any of the various points of ‘Policies and Procedures‘, of any agreements with the company or of any of the rules for the conclusion of deals. In this case the company will deprive the member of his company rights and expel him from the company. In the event of a member’s permanent loss of status he must immediately cease to represent the company. All commission and bonus payments from the activities of the expelled member or of his team since the day of the infringement will be frozen.
The name of the company «CBC21.COM» and other company symbols (trade mark, logotype, and slogan) are property of the company and are regarded with particular value. Members must obtain the written permission of the company for the right to use, distribute or advertise products with the help of the logotype or trade mark of the company «CBC21.COM». Any such activity, occurring without any written permission will bring about the expulsion of the guilty person from the company. All advertisements must contain the words ‘independent distributor’, which must be clearly displayed, so that it will appear obvious that you are acting as an independent member and not as an official representative of the company. You may make unlimited use of non-verbal means of advertising, so long as it doesn’t contain any reference to the company’s name, logotype, trade mark, address, telephone number or to any of its services. Members don’t have the right to produce, use, distribute or advertise goods and materials which may be similar to goods and materials offered by the company’s own members. In order to prevent unintentional mistakes and possible claims, members should make use of the terminology used in the current marketing reports and materials of the company. Members don’t have the right to use spam and other illegal methods to advertise the products and services of the company «CBC21.COM» and the global bonus program.
The client may, at any time and for any reason end his participation in the activities of the company, having informed his intentions in written form to «CBC21.COM». If a member wants to reestablish his status in the company, it will be possible only after a minimum period of six months since the end of his previous activities with the company. The company retains the right to repeat the examination process for the registration application, including the confirmation of the member’s acceptance into the company.
