Refund Policy

User must cancel this Agreement and request refund in writing through CBC21within five (5) days from the date of data entry into the CBC21 system to receive a refund for the CBC21Package.

The refund shall include the price of the CBC21 Package less a u$s15.00 processing fee if payment was made by cashiers check or money order and less a u$s20.00 processing fee if payment was made by credit card.

Cancellation of the purchase of the CBC21Package will cancel all components of the package and void all login access to the website.

* In the case that any commissions have been paid to you, that amount will be deducted from your refund.
**Transference Expenses: that amount will be deducted from your refund.
